Coins for Mission

During worship each week, the children collect coins for mission. At the end of the year, the value of those coins is split amongst several missions. The 2023 missions include:

Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Each year, the Seneca United Methodist Church sponsors a free community Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving day.  Watch for details about this year's dinner later this fall.

Nemaha County Christmas Bureau

The Seneca United Methodist Church is the sponsoring organization for the Nemaha County Christmas Bureau. While the church provides the leadership, the Nemaha county community volunteers and donates each year make it possible to support families at Christmas time. Approximately 60 families are served each year. Watch for details about this years mission later this fall.
